1. مقدمة
نحن في صيدلية عوني (Awny Pharmacy) ندرك أهمية خصوصية معلوماتك الشخصية والطبية ونلتزم بحمايتها بأقصى درجات الأمان والسرية. توضح هذه السياسة كيفية جمع بياناتك واستخدامها وحمايتها عند استخدام تطبيق الهاتف المحمول (Package ID: com.awny.pharmacy) والموقع الإلكتروني وخدمات توصيل الطلبات الخاصة بنا.
2. البيانات التي نقوم بجمعها
نقوم بجمع الحد الأدنى والضروري من البيانات لتقديم خدمة طلب وتوصيل الأدوية والمستلزمات الطبية بكفاءة، وتشمل:
- بيانات الحساب والملف الشخصي: الاسم، رقم الهاتف المحمول، والبريد الإلكتروني لتسجيل الدخول والتحقق (OTP).
- الموقع الجغرافي (Location Data):
نطلب إذن الوصول إلى موقعك الجغرافي الدقيق والتقريبي (
ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION و ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION) فقط أثناء استخدام التطبيق، وذلك لتمكينك من تحديد عنوان التوصيل على الخريطة، حساب تكلفة التوصيل، وتوجيه مندوب التوصيل إلى موقعك بدقة، أو إظهار أقرب فرع صيدلية لك. لا نقوم بتتبع موقعك في الخلفية دون علمك.
- الصور والملفات (الكاميرا والوسائط):
نطلب إذن الكاميرا أو معرض الصور فقط عندما تختار تصوير أو رفع صورة روشتة طبية (وصفة علاجية) أو منتج ترغب في طلبه من الصيدلية لتجهيزه لك.
- بيانات الطلبات والتوصيل: تفاصيل الأدوية والمنتجات المطلوبة، العناوين المحفوظة، وتاريخ الطلبات السابقة.
- بيانات الجهاز والإشعارات: معرّف الجهاز ورمز إشعارات Firebase (FCM Token) لإرسال تنبيهات بحالة طلبك (قيد التحضير، خرج للتوصيل، تم التسليم) والتحديثات الهامة.
3. كيف نستخدم بياناتك
نستخدم البيانات التي نجمعها للأغراض التالية فقط:
- إنشاء وإدارة حسابك والتأكد من هويتك عبر رمز التحقق.
- استلام ومعالجة وتجهيز طلبات الأدوية وتوصيلها إلى عنوانك.
- التواصل معك من قبل الصيدلي لتأكيد تفاصيل الروشتة أو التوصيل.
- إرسال الإشعارات والتنبيهات المباشرة حول حالة الطلبات.
- تحسين أداء التطبيق وتقديم دعم فني مخصص.
4. مشاركة البيانات مع جهات خارجية
نحن لا نبيع ولا نؤجر بياناتك الشخصية لأي طرف ثالث أو جهات إعلانية على الإطلاق. نشارك البيانات الضرورية فقط مع مزودي الخدمات التقنية الموثوقين اللازمين لتشغيل التطبيق، وهم:
- Google Maps API: لعرض الخرائط وتحديد عناوين التوصيل بدقة.
- Google Firebase: لإرسال الإشعارات وحفظ البيانات المشفرة بأمان.
- مناديب التوصيل التابعين للصيدلية: يتم تزويدهم فقط بالاسم ورقم الهاتف وعنوان التوصيل لتسليم الطلب.
5. أمان وحماية البيانات
نطبق معايير أمان تقنية وإدارية صارمة لحماية معلوماتك، ويتم تشفير كافة الاتصالات بين التطبيق وخوادمنا باستخدام بروتوكول التشفير الآمن (HTTPS / SSL/TLS)، مع تقييد وصول البيانات الطبية والشخصية إلا للموظفين والصيادلة المصرح لهم فقط.
6. طلب حذف الحساب والبيانات (Account Deletion)
حقوقك وحذف البيانات:
يحق لك في أي وقت حذف حسابك وكافة بياناتك الشخصية المسجلة لدينا. يمكنك ذلك مباشرة من داخل التطبيق عبر:

أو بمراسلتنا عبر البريد الإلكتروني المذكور أدناه، وسيتم حذف حسابك وبياناتك من خوادمنا بشكل كامل ونهائي خلال مهلة أقصاها 7 أيام عمل.
7. خصوصية الأطفال
تطبيقنا غير موجه للأطفال دون سن 13 عاماً، ولا نقوم عن قصد بجمع بيانات من هذه الفئة. في حال طلب دواء لطفل، يجب أن يتم ذلك عبر ولي الأمر أو الوصي القانوني.
8. التغييرات على سياسة الخصوصية
قد نقوم بتحديث سياسة الخصوصية من وقت لآخر لمواكبة التحديثات التقنية أو متطلبات المتجر القانونية. سيتم إشعارك بأي تعديلات جوهرية عبر التطبيق أو تحديث تاريخ الصفحة.

At Awny Pharmacy (Application ID: com.awny.pharmacy), we are committed to protecting the privacy, confidentiality, and security of our users' personal and medical data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application and related pharmacy delivery services.
2. Information We Collect
We collect only the minimum required information necessary to provide reliable pharmacy order and delivery services:
- Personal & Account Information: Your name, phone number, and email address used for account creation and OTP authentication.
- Location Data (Precise & Approximate):
We request access to your precise and approximate location (
ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION and ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION) solely while you are using the app to help you select your delivery address on the map, calculate delivery fees, and guide delivery couriers to your location. We do NOT track your location in the background.
- Camera & Storage (Images):
We access the camera and photo gallery only when you voluntarily take a photo or upload an image of a medical prescription or product request to be prepared by our licensed pharmacists.
- Order & Delivery History: Details of ordered medications, saved addresses, and previous order transactions.
- Device & Notification Data: Device identifiers and Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) tokens to deliver push notifications regarding your order status (preparing, out for delivery, delivered).
3. How We Use Your Information
- To authenticate your identity and manage your account.
- To process, fulfill, and deliver your pharmacy and healthcare orders.
- To enable licensed pharmacists to review prescriptions and contact you for medical confirmation.
- To send real-time push notifications regarding order updates.
- To provide responsive customer support and technical troubleshooting.
4. Third-Party Services & Data Sharing
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties or advertising networks. We only share necessary data with trusted service providers essential for application functionality:
- Google Maps API: For address location selection and geocoding.
- Google Firebase: For reliable real-time push notifications and secure cloud infrastructure.
- Pharmacy Delivery Couriers: Provided only with the recipient's name, phone number, and delivery address to deliver packages.
5. Data Security
All communications between the mobile application and our servers are encrypted using industry-standard HTTPS / SSL/TLS protocols. Access to sensitive health and order information is strictly restricted to authorized pharmacists and personnel.
6. Account & Data Deletion
Your Rights and Data Deletion:
You have full control over your data. You may permanently delete your account and all associated personal information at any time directly through the app:
